The SoftRules® Composer (SoftRules Composer.exe) is used to build the Rules. It's your developers environment. In the left part of the screen are the Configuration files, we call these LocalConfigurations. At the upper right part of the screen we can see the Global Configuration items that contain Suppliers, TextValues, Units, Element Tables (containing schema's) and Categories. In the bottom right part of the screen we can see the log and the clipboard.
